I’m not exactly sure what i was suppose to write about these poems.
I am not a great fan of poems but i do appreciate them for their own significant beauty as art. I especially liked the one written by E.E.Cummings. I have a quote written on a post-it on my mirror that says “Unbeing dead isn’t being alive” I enjoy his twists and plays in his poems. Especially because like art I believe that writing and the English language can be twisted into the artist’s views even if the audience doesn’t agree with him. His twists on words are not only fun but it makes his writing more distinguishable and unique from other writers and their writings. I enjoyed the meanings that I can possibly interpret from his poem and his poem in general. I was a big fan of the nonsense poem in Alice in Wonderland mainly because my name is Alice and I love the adventures of Alice in Wonderland. But the deeper meaning that i can receive from E.E.Cummings was what i enjoyed most about his poem.
